What can I say, the Universe is some wild shit! The last 20 years have brought twists and turns beyond imagine, and after 20 years of intensive inner work and training, I’ve learned a few things. First and foremost, there are ways to make this work way more fun and fluid than the typical approach.

My secret? I’ve widened the small dirt road between my conscious and unconscious mind into a superhighway.

Here’s how it happened…

• In the year 2000, I put myself in therapy because I didn’t believe love was real. *Spoiler alert - turns out I was a lesbian and was looking in the wrong place!

• 2003: Graduation from Gallaudet University with a psych degree, then became an American Sign Language interpreter. This trained me to become a go-between for extremely nuanced language, translating in a skill set that allows me to recognize and articlate spaces in the psyche to the most granular level

• 2007: Graduation from Inner Visions Institute for Spiritual Development under Iyanla Vanzant. This two year intensive program taught me how to click in with my spirit and the Universe, and trained me on the deep process work required to get down underneath the conscious mind.

• That same year, I felt a strong intuitive draw to Peru, and ended up in a village in the Amazon with shamans who would become my teachers for the next fie years.

• 2008: We opened Infinite Light Ayahuasca center, with a heavy emphasis on how to take inner work to the next levels.

• 2012: The last era of thinking I was straight, I got pregnant and my beautiful child joined us on earth. The marraige with his dad didn’t last, and the reasons why have gotten clearer in hindsight

• 2018: Met my gay AF soul bestie, and we’ve been doing the work and riding through it all ever since. Over time, he’s learned all the skills I’d developed over the years, creating a space where now, we get just as much work done as I ever did in ceremony, right here on my couch.

• 2023: Completed my hypnotherapy training, realizing that what I’d learned myself over the years about psyche work completely aligned with the tools we learned in the training, and everything began to come together.
