Early in my journey screening for and learning about adult (and childhood) ADHD, and the correlation with understanding more about being a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) commonly known as an empath.

The big picture of my process continues to unfold as I examine my relationship to potentially being an ADHD HSP, as well as a former Ayahuasca shamanic apprentice and deep explorer of the psyche.

I don't know if I ever wouldn't explored the unconscious realm like I have if I'd been diagnosed as a child in the 90's.

In this video I'm coming off a peak emotional purge, and process my relationship to anxiety, overwhelm, disorganization and a generalized sense of time pressure and urgency.

I also talk about my relationship to cannabis and how it's currently functioning as a medicinal plant for me, and I'm also simultaneously planning for a month-long dopamine reset where to get a baseline.

I'll also be releasing vaping and the teen rebel "smoker identity" that is one of my last hangers-on as the old constructs crumble and my full-spectrum self becomes more alive in my body.

It's been a wild spiritual ride ya'll... My best friend Zach and I committed to doing the deep psyche work together FIVE YEARS ago! And we've been riding our flow ever since!

We tried blogging for awhile when we first got going, but ultimately we couldn't keep up trying to document the process at the pace it was moving, so we let go into it and here we are.

So much has transpired that it's impossible to get it all in one video, but this gives you a short version of what happened (including with a third person who was part of our "triangle") and where we are now in our process.
